Defective Products
Arctic Smokes warrants that all products manufactured by Arctic Smokes are shipped free of any defects.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The above warranty covers only defects arising under normal use or products that are damaged during shipping and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect and/or alterations. Failure to report defective products within 72 hours of delivery may void all warranties and return policies.
